The Mission
Every Secret Flag event follows a three-act structure designed to build tension, spark collaboration, and end with an unforgettable reveal.
Teams are assembled, beacons are deployed around your venue, and players receive their role assignments. Some receive a very different brief — they're the Spies.
Teams race to find and capture NFC-beacon flags using the Secret Flag app. Intel flows, alliances form, and the Spies work quietly to sabotage from within.
Scoring freezes. Teams vote on who they think the Spy was. Then — one by one — every role is revealed on a shared screen. The room explodes.
A full session runs multiple rounds of the hunt — each one tightening the pressure as the leaderboard shifts. The three-act structure repeats with escalating stakes, culminating in a live Presentation Reveal on a shared screen where every spy is unmasked simultaneously in front of the whole group.
Why It Works
Most team activities are fun but forgettable. Secret Flag creates a shared story — who lied, who trusted the wrong person, who spotted the spy — that your team will reference for months.

Players quickly learn who in their team shares intel freely and who hoards it — a mirror of real workplace dynamics.
When misinformation is in play, teams must weigh evidence, challenge assumptions, and make decisions with incomplete data.
Structured team mixing puts colleagues from different departments side-by-side in a shared mission.
The post-reveal debrief — where 'the liars' are outed — creates laughter and candid conversation that sticks long after the event.
Your Brand, Your Game
Every beacon in Secret Flag is fully customisable — named after your company values, departments, products, or anything that makes the game meaningfully yours.
